We apologize you having problems with one of our products. We improved our repair process in 2022 and are doing everything we can to address your issue and ship your product back within a week.

  1. Complete this form, add to cart, and check out ONLY if you are using the Main Repair Facility in DeLand, Florida. If you are using one of the other repair facilities, please go back and contact them directly.
  2. After completing check out, please print a copy of your repair request and include it in your package.
  3. Next, pack your device securely for shipping. Altimeters have fallen out of unpadded envelopes and other unsecured packages on their way to us! Include padding on all sides so the altimeter is not damaged during transit. Bubble wrap and/or packing peanuts work well.
  4. Additionally, use a trusted shipper. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail or packages that do not reach us for any reason.

Once your device has arrived we will evaluate and begin the repair. We aim to address and complete all repairs within one week of receiving the device.

Please describe the reason for return as specific and detailed as you can so our technicians can reproduce and fix the problem. Descriptions that do not include enough detail may delay your repair.

NOTICE – Atlas repairs: During the course of your repair, there is a possibility that ALL jump logs will be lost. Please be sure to have a backup of your log book before sending in your unit.

The colors of altimeters will vary slightly with each manufacturing batch. Aging and exposure to sunlight will also cause the color to change over time. We always will attempt to color match, however Alti-2 cannot guarantee the color of your instrument.
