Warranty

All Alti-2 Technologies, Inc. altimeters are covered under a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. During this time frame, we will repair or replace any defective Altimaster Altimeter which was manufactured by Alti-2 Technologies, Inc.  

To receive the warranty repair or replacement, a Proof of Purchase must be provided showing purchase from an authorized Alti-2 dealer within the past two years. 

Warranty subject to the following conditions:

  • Applies to Altimaster Altimeters manufactured by Alti-2, Inc. ONLY
  • Warranty does NOT apply to any product which has been subjected to alteration, improper installation, misuse, willful damage, opening case, water damage on non-waterproof models, or any other form of neglect.
  • Warranty does NOT apply to use of Altimeters by commercial organizations unless specifically and individually agreed to the contrary (e.g. DZ Altimeter Program).
  • For repair or replacement of an altimeter, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

Warranty is strictly limited to the terms indicated herein, and no other expressed warranties or remedies thereunder shall be binding on Alti-2 Technologies, Inc. Products and services are subject to constant review and change. We reserve the right to change product specifications, terms and conditions of warranty without prior notice.

TO THE EXTENT CONSISTENT WITH STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS: (1) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE SAME TIME PERIODS STATED HEREIN FOR ALTI-2, INC. EXPRESSED WARRANTIES, (2) ALTI-2, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES UNDER ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES RELATING TO PRODUCT.

If using the European Repair Facility, contact them directly. 

If using the Main Repair Facility, go onto the next step.

Complete the form and check out, even if your total is $0. 

After completing check out, please print a copy of your warranty repair request to include in your package along with a copy of your proof of purchase. Detailed packaging and shipping instructions are provided on the form.
