Version 1017 and Lower - Mercury Firmware
- Mercurys with Firmware 1017 or below need to send the unit to us for an complementary update.
- After receiving your Mercury, we will update it and ship it back to your free of charge, typically within a 1-2 day turn around time.
- Moving forward, you’ll be able to update your Mercury on your own using the Alti-2 Mercury app (currently out on iOS and coming soon for Android).
